The Arts Award is run by the Arts Council England and Trinity Guildhall, both respected organisations. Employers and colleges recognise it as proof of your skills and commitment. The Arts Award is available at three levels – Bronze, Silver and Gold.
Your Arts Award can be based around any arts or media activity, and you can complete it in a wide variety of settings – like youth clubs, arts centers, schools, colleges, theatres or community groups. ArtSTART Winchester is a registered Arts Award Centre, committed to delivering the Arts Award to youths in the Winchester Area. Artist Donna Vokes is currently qualified to deliver the Arts Award at level Bronze and Silver.
There are no entry requirements, no time limit for completing the award, and no set rules on how you present your final work (portfolio, sketchbook, video). The only thing you need is to be aged between 11 and 25, and ready to explore new creative experiences!
